Thank you for your proposal for a business partnership. The ELODE+NVD system is the world’s first and unique technology capable of achieving 90% dry solids (ds) with the lowest OPEX and CAPEX worldwide. The ELODE and NVD business operates on a sole agent basis. For customers interested in becoming a sole agent, we have outlined the procedures and rules. Qualifications and Requirements for Sole Agents

Bluewin’s ELODE and NVD business expands by appointing one sole agent per country. This is due to the uniqueness of our technology, which is the first of its kind, and may present operational challenges even with theoretical explanations. ELODE and NVD involve unique processes that require practical and theoretical training. Through this training, agents will learn assembly, disassembly, operation, after-sales service (A/S), and maintenance methods.

Conductivity Check
  1. In countries with populations under 100 million, only one sole agent is appointed per country.
  2. For countries with populations over 100 million (e.g., India, China, Indonesia, Brazil, Japan, Russia, and the USA), the number of DEMO units, sales capacity, and technical competence will be evaluated before determining a sole agent.
  3. Companies wishing to become sole agents must have at least 5 years of experience in the sludge treatment industry. 
  4. Companies wishing to become sole agents must have a minimum of 3 engineers with over 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical (electronics) fields. 
  5. There must be no restrictions preventing the company’s engineers from visiting Korea. 
  6. The DEMO equipment purchase contract must be signed within 7 days after the MOU and NDA agreements. 
  7. The Sole Agent Agreement must be signed within 7 days of the DEMO equipment purchase contract.
First Training
  1. The typical production period for DEMO equipment is 90 days. 
  2. Sole agent engineers specializing in mechanical and electrical fields are invited to Korea 15 days before the shipment. 
  3. Invited engineers undergo 5–7 days of theoretical and practical training using the DEMO equipment.  
  4. Engineers who complete the training receive certification after passing a final examination. 
  5. Certified engineers return as Senior Engineers, qualified to lead and train others in the operation of ELODE and NVD equipment.
Second Training
  1. Bluewin will send a Master Engineer to the sole agent’s location where the DEMO equipment is installed. 
  2. The Master Engineer conducts practical operational training on-site with the Senior Engineers. 
  3. Through this second training, sole agents will learn the optimized operation methods for sludge management.
Annual Visits and Continuous Education
  1. Bluewin invests over 10% of annual net profit into R&D to enhance the efficiency, stability, and safety of ELODE and NVD equipment. 
  2. Each year, Bluewin invites engineers from overseas sole agents to Korea for upgraded technology training and efficiency sharing. 
  3. Sole agents share their operational insights, best practices, and technical suggestions with all Bluewin sole agents to foster knowledge and performance improvements.

Joint Exhibitions and Conferences 

Bluewin prioritizes the growth of our sole agents. Each year, we participate jointly in key exhibitions (such as IFAT, WEFTEC, ENVEX, WETEX, etc.) with our sole agents to strengthen our collaborative relationships
