The 2017 Hanoi roadshow in Vietnam was conducted as a “technical briefing + team workshop,” with both engineers and decision-makers participating together. Rather than keeping the discussion at a presentation level, we created a shared table format where engineering, operations, and decision lines could review the same information and align on the same practical assumptions. It was less about a quick quotation meeting and more about shaping a deployable project pathway.

We shared project references, field cases, and the key lessons behind operational data, then discussed deployment models tailored to local conditions. The workshop focused on Vietnam’s real operating context: sludge variability, available operator skill level, spare-part accessibility, and realistic maintenance capacity. Based on these constraints, we worked through what configuration and validation steps would be most practical, and what operational questions would need to be addressed upfront. We also aligned on inspection routines, troubleshooting flows, and training priorities to reduce uncertainty after installation.

Our goal was not simply sales, but enabling partners to truly understand and operate the technology independently. That meant moving beyond “what the equipment is” to “how the site can run it reliably.” This roadshow helped systemize BLUEWIN’s training and technical support approach, clarifying training structure, handover methodology, and early-stage stabilization support. Ultimately, it strengthened the foundation for long-term collaboration in Vietnam by building toward local ownership and sustainable operation.


2017 年在越南河内举办的路演采用“技术简报 + 团队工作坊(technical briefing + team workshop)”的形式,工程师与决策层共同参与。我们没有把交流停留在单向演示层面,而是搭建了一个“同桌对齐”的讨论结构,让工程、运营与决策端能够基于同一套信息进行审视,并在关键假设上达成一致。这次路演更像是在共同梳理一条可落地的项目路径,而不是一次快速报价式的沟通。

我们分享了项目参考案例、现场应用经验,以及运行数据背后的关键启示,并进一步讨论了适配当地条件的部署模型。工作坊重点聚焦越南的真实运营情境:污泥性质的波动、现场操作人员的技能水平、备件获取与供应便利性、以及可实现的维护能力边界。在这些约束条件下,我们共同推演哪种配置与验证步骤最为可行,哪些运行层面的关键问题需要在前期就提前解决。同时,我们也对点检/巡检流程、故障排查逻辑与培训优先级进行了对齐,以降低安装投运后的不确定性。

我们的目标并非只是销售设备,而是帮助合作伙伴真正理解技术并具备独立运行能力。这意味着讨论要从“设备是什么”进一步走向“现场如何可靠运行”。本次路演推动 BLUEWIN 的培训与技术支持体系更加系统化,明确了培训结构、交接(handover)方法,以及投运初期稳定化阶段的支持方式。最终,它通过推动本地化掌握与可持续运营,进一步夯实了 BLUEWIN 在越南开展长期合作的基础。
