[ BLUEWIN HISTORY ] 2007 Czech 2nd Roadshow

The 2007 second roadshow in the Czech Republic was a step beyond introductions—it focused on turning technology into an implementation scenario. Together with the attendees, we discussed sludge characteristics, target DS, operating conditions, and maintenance frameworks in a practical, engineering-driven way. More importantly, we aligned on a realistic design lens: under which conditions what level of performance could be expected, what pre-treatment boundaries might apply, and which operating variables needed attention (feed variability, conductivity and stickiness, seasonal shifts, and more).

During the presentation, we explained ELODE’s principles and control logic, while openly sharing risks and mitigation plans for real deployment. Rather than emphasizing benefits alone, we laid out commissioning and stabilization checkpoints, how performance data should be captured, and what day-to-day operating routines would look like from a maintenance perspective. This approach helped move the discussion from “interest” to “readiness”—clarifying what needed to be prepared for the next step.

From this point on, our roadshows evolved from promotion into a process of converting interest into executable project plans. It became less about selling a concept and more about building a path to implementation—structured, transparent, and anchored in field validation.
