Technology Principles
When an overseas client requests a project, Bluewin provides an RFQ (Request for Quotation) form to the client.
The client completes the RFQ form and returns it to Bluewin, providing back data such as sludge characteristics and processing requirements.
Based on the client’s submitted data, Bluewin prepares an initial proposal that includes optimal OPEX (Operating Expense), CAPEX (Capital Expense), ROI (Return on Investment), guarantee indices, processing capacity, a preliminary quote, and process drawings, which is then sent to the client.
The client reviews Bluewin’s proposal to assess its suitability for their sludge characteristics, site conditions, and treatment process.
If the proposal is not entirely suitable, the client discusses any issues and required modifications with Bluewin. If necessary, Bluewin visits the site to analyze sludge characteristics and process needs.
Through continuous collaboration, Bluewin develops an optimal process design tailored to the client’s needs. Once both parties agree, Bluewin prepares and provides a final detailed proposal, including a precise quote, ROI, guarantee indices, and other specifications.
The client and Bluewin sign a contract based on the agreed process design.
Upon contract signing, the project officially begins.
Typical lead time is 120–150 days from the contract date, though planning-based production may reduce this to 90–120 days.
Every 30 days, Bluewin provides clients with photos and videos showing manufacturing progress, accessible via a Bluewin website ID for real-time updates.
Clients may visit the manufacturing site for interim inspections upon request.
Ten days before shipment, a final inspection is conducted with all equipment assembled, including no-load and load testing. If any issues are identified, they are resolved to ensure equipment readiness.
Five days before shipment, a final inspection is conducted with the client in attendance
Upon successful inspection, the equipment is shipped to the client’s site
When the equipment arrives, Bluewin dispatches a Master Engineer and Special Engineer to assist with on-site installation and commissioning. At this stage, an agreement for installation and commissioning costs should already be in place.
After completing primary setup of electrical, piping, airline, and water supply lines, secondary installation and commissioning generally take about 10 days, though this can be shortened depending on site conditions.
All transaction terms adhere to INCOTERMS 2020.
If a pre-contract site inspection is possible, it is highly recommended to assess sludge characteristics and identify potential issues in the sludge treatment process in advance.
