BLUEWIN is a company dedicated to saving human lives, a bright society,
and a clean global environment through advanced technology. Here is a chronological history of BLUEWIN
Founded with the management philosophy of "For Humanity, For Society, For a Clean Earth." From its inception, BLUEWIN has focused on developing innovative technologies that protect the environment and benefit humanity, pioneering clean water and sludge management solutions.
Only three years after its founding, BLUEWIN commercialized its first BELTPRESS sludge dewatering equipment. This eco-friendly machine improved energy efficiency compared to existing technologies and minimized environmental impact, gaining significant attention.
With continuous investment in R&D, BLUEWIN successfully commercialized various primary physical dewatering and wastewater treatment equipment. Recognized for being environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, these technologies drew widespread interest.
BLUEWIN developed the groundbreaking ELODE electro-osmosis dewatering technology, which reduced sludge moisture content to 40-60%. As the first technology of its kind to be commercialized globally, ELODE significantly lowered sludge treatment and transportation costs while maximizing energy efficiency.
BLUEWIN launched the world's first 3-phase phase control technology ELODE (combining electro-osmosis, electrophoresis, and electrokinetic infiltration) with the NVD natural ventilation dryer, creating a combination system that reduces sludge moisture content to below 90%, achieving energy savings and cost reductions in subsequent processes.
BLUEWIN began exporting its products, including sludge dewatering solutions for wastewater and organic sludge treatment, to major international markets, including North America and Europe, building a reputation for technical expertise and reliability.
Partnering with Apexel Co., Ltd., BLUEWIN expanded its business into nanotechnology using the unique Top-Down Nano Technology. This nanotechnology enables the transformation of natural materials into nanoparticles, offering innovative solutions for a future free from disease and meeting the needs of advanced industries, such as electronics, semiconductors, and battery materials.
Through joint research with Apexel, BLUEWIN applied Top-Down 3D Nanotechnology to core ELODE processes and special materials, leading to its commercialization. This technology enables the production of high-purity nanomaterials without dispersants, opening new possibilities for treating incurable diseases with natural nanomaterials.
With its exports reaching 23 countries, including the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, BLUEWIN’s ELODE, NVD, and NANO products and technology gained international recognition, achieving $25 million in annual exports.
BLUEWIN invested over 10% of its annual revenue into R&D to develop environmentally friendly and sustainable technology, advancing core technologies like ELODE and Top-Down Nanotechnology to help address global environmental challenges.
With customer trust as its highest priority, BLUEWIN introduced a 24/7 after-sales service. This service provides reliable and prompt support, including equipment installation, maintenance, and technical assistance.
On its 25th anniversary, BLUEWIN announced a long-term vision centered on "Sustainability" and "Contributing to the Future Through Innovation," seeking harmonious coexistence between humanity and Earth through resource recycling and environmental protection technologies.
In 2018, BLUEWIN completed its merger with ACE KOREA, strengthening its resources and expanding its technological capabilities.
BLUEWIN launched new research projects to apply Top-Down Nanotechnology in advanced medical and green energy fields, exploring applications in incurable disease treatments with natural materials, battery and semiconductor materials, high-performance cosmetics, and medical implants.
BLUEWIN’s products were exported to 63 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, establishing itself as a global leader in environmental technology with $65 million in annual exports.
Investing over 10% of its revenue into R&D, BLUEWIN continued to lead in sustainable technology development, presenting innovative solutions like Top-Down 3D Nanotechnology that contribute to solving global environmental issues.
BLUEWIN’s technologies are now widely utilized in public sewage treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment, electronics, and battery industries, supporting eco-friendly processes and efficiency through advanced dewatering equipment, water treatment systems, and high-performance nanomaterial technology.
BLUEWIN aims to achieve $500 million in revenue by 2040
