1. Please briefly introduce your company’s development history, business scale, and major products.
BLUEWIN CO., LTD. was established in 1998 and has since been dedicated to the development of technologies for sludge volume reduction, low-energy drying, and resource recovery. Headquartered in Korea, we operate a dedicated R&D center, manufacturing facilities, and maintain active partnerships worldwide. With an annual production capacity exceeding 100 units, our flagship products include the ELODE (Electro-Osmosis Dehydration) system and the NVD (Natural Ventilation Dryer), which are widely applied in municipal wastewater treatment, livestock waste processing, and industrial wastewater management in sectors such as food and pharmaceuticals.

2. What is the purpose of your participation in this exhibition? What are the key products you are showcasing? What are their features, advantages, and applications?
Our main objective for participating in this exhibition is to promote BLUEWIN’s low-carbon, eco-friendly dehydration and drying technologies while expanding our global partner network. We are highlighting our integrated system—ELODE + NVD—which provides a unique combination of high efficiency, low energy consumption, and zero chemical additives. Key features include:
Final moisture content guaranteed below 10% (90% dry solids);
Ultra-low energy consumption of only 0.35 kWh per liter of water removed—over 70% more efficient than traditional thermal drying;
No airborne dust, no pathogens, no secondary pollution;
ROI achievable within 24 months on average.
These technologies are ideal for public sewage plants, livestock manure treatment, and pre-treatment of high-organic industrial wastewater.

3. What efforts has your company made in technological innovation? What achievements have been made? What is your current R&D focus?
We operate an in-house “Green Dehydration Engineering R&D Center” and maintain strong collaborative ties with universities and institutions in Korea and Europe. Our innovations have led to over 30 domestic and international patents and certifications for green technologies. BLUEWIN has successfully exported its patented electro-osmosis dehydration systems to the U.S., UAE, Japan, Czech Republic, and beyond. Our current R&D priorities include the development of ambient-temperature nano-dispersion technologies (ACENANO) and the digitalization of sludge treatment systems, advancing the integration of resource recovery and circular economy principles.

4. How do you view the current industry trends, and what are the challenges and opportunities for your company? What are your future development plans?
As global regulations tighten and the push for carbon neutrality intensifies, the sludge treatment sector is undergoing rapid transformation. We see this as both a challenge and a key opportunity. To adapt, BLUEWIN is advancing localization and modularization of its systems to meet diverse international demands. In the next three years, we plan to establish assembly hubs in Europe and the Middle East, enabling efficient global supply and local service. We are also expanding the application of natural nanomaterials into adjacent sectors such as environmental protection, energy, and healthcare.

5. How does your company maintain a competitive edge in this highly competitive industry? What is your core strength?
BLUEWIN’s core competitiveness can be summarized in three key areas:
Proprietary Technology Leadership: Our ELODE and NVD systems are protected by unique patents and have been field-proven for outstanding energy efficiency and reliability.
Global Operational System: We provide a fully integrated global service platform covering R&D, manufacturing, sales, and localized after-sales support.
Green Brand Commitment: Our brand mission—“to purify water and regenerate organic matter”—is recognized and trusted by governments and environmental institutions worldwide.
Looking ahead, we will remain committed to our vision of becoming a global leader in sustainable sludge treatment and natural nanomaterials through continuous innovation and strategic partnerships.
