Advanced Technology

The ELODE device employs DC 3-phase phase control technology and integrates three simultaneous technologies: electro-osmosis, electro-permeation, and electrophoresis. With a specially designed drum and caterpillar mechanism, it isolates and removes ‘free water, interstitial water, and cell water’ contained in sludge, completing the process within 2 minutes.

Operating Principle

Although powered by DC, ELODE operates on the principle of electron movement (positive and negative), which prevents adhesion issues and enables the production of high-quality sludge cake. The system eliminates 99% of bacteria and preserves the calorific value of the organic matter, offering several other notable benefits.
