2026 SIWW Green-thesis: Electro-Osmosis, Penetration, and Electro-Migration Integrated ELODE+NVD: Breaking Bound Water for Low-Energy, High-Quality Sludge Drying

ELODE+NVD is BLUEWIN’s integrated sludge reduction system designed for the toughest moisture range, the Glue Zone (60–80%). Using electricity-based mechanisms to release bound water efficiently, ELODE pre-reduces sludge mass within minutes, and NVD completes low-temperature drying to reach up to 90% dry solids (10% moisture). The result is a smaller footprint, lower hauling and disposal costs, and major reductions in energy consumption and carbon emissions.
